Overview
Training new employees of individual contributor level and training senior employees and managers can be two different situations altogether. Senior employees, many consisting of managers, come into training with a whole lot of experience and many of them perceive training as a interruption to their work. On the other hand, there are some learners who have the basic knowledge and they now expect to learn something new and enriching thereby increasing their expectation towards a training.
